A website and studio platform for a wedding photographer.

Adelyn Beltran Photography's public site and the platform behind it. Built-in video consultations, contracts signed on the site, client galleries, and a backend that edits every page of the website, all in one place instead of five subscriptions.

The challenge

Wedding studios run on five apps and a folder of spreadsheets.

A working wedding photographer books consultations over Zoom, sends contracts through a signing service, delivers galleries through a third tool, takes payments through a fourth, and pays a web builder to keep the site current. Every one of them is another login for the couple and another monthly bill for the studio.

Adelyn Beltran photographs vintage-inspired, editorial weddings across Southern California and destinations from Oahu to Glacier. She needed a site that matched the work, and one place to run the business behind it.

The approach

One platform, shaped around the studio.

The public site is quiet and editorial: big black-and-white imagery, a clear starting price, destination bookings, portrait sessions, and an inquiry flow that turns a visitor into a client. Behind it sits the part that does the real work.

The backend runs the studio. Consultations happen as live video meetings inside the platform, with no Zoom, Teams or FaceTime links to send. Contracts go out and get signed right on the site. Galleries are delivered to clients from the same dashboard. And the entire public website, every page, section and image, is edited from the backend, so the photographer never needs a developer to change her own site.

The result

Live, booking, and built to be shared.

adelynbeltran.com is live and booking 2027 weddings, with consultations, contracts and galleries all running through one dashboard she controls.

It's also the foundation of what we offer other photographers: the same platform, shaped to a new studio's brand. If you're juggling a calendar link, a signing app, a gallery host and a site builder, this replaces all of them.
